Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people in the UK. You are born with CF and cannot catch it later in life, but one in 25 of us carries the faulty gene, usually without knowing it.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the UK’s only charity dedicated to fighting for a life unlimited for everyone living with cystic fibrosis and their friends and families. The Trust funds cutting-edge research, drives up standards of care and supports people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way.

About this role

The Trust sometimes have tasks which are a ‘one -off’, which could be to cheer at an event locally to you, or pick up a piece of equipment locally.

To enable us to fundraise across the UK, sometimes it would be really useful if we could have ‘ad-hoc’ volunteers do a one off task in places we don’t usually have staff to regular volunteers present.

If you are keen to be on a list which we may call upon you if an ‘ad-hoc’ task may be helpful to us in your local area please sign up here.

We cannot guarantee we will contact you, we will contact based on need and location.
