The Community Development and Fundraising Manager will deliver high levels of stewardship to a variety of volunteers, supporters and community events, as well as identify fundraising opportunities. The postholder will be responsible for significantly raising our regional profile to grow core income and supporter/donor involvement.
We’re looking for someone with experience of community fundraising and volunteer management. You need to have experience with managing and developing others to work independently and as part of a team to reach allocated targets.
You will have a track record managing budgets to deliver income and expenditure against agreed targets as well as identifying additional income streams.
